Insured shipping
Every order ships insured and signed for, in our keepsake box with a handwritten card. Shipping is free in the US.
When it arrives
Pieces in stock leave the atelier in one to two working days. Rings made to order and engraved pieces take about four weeks.
Returns
Return anything not engraved or made to your size within 30 days, unworn and in its box, for a full refund.
Lifetime care
Bring or post your jewelry to us for free cleaning, polishing and re-plating, for as long as you own it.
